Plot: St. Louis, 1986. For Chuck Berry's 60th, Keith Richards assembles a pickup band of Robert Cray, Joey Spampinato, Eric Clapton, himself, and long-time Berry pianist Johnnie Johnson. Joined on stage by Etta James, Linda Ronstadt, and Julian Lennon, Berry performs his classic rock songs. His abilities as a composer, lyricist, singer, musician, and entertainer are on display and, in behind-the-scenes interviews, are discussed by Bo Diddley, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis, Bruce Springsteen, the Everly Brothers, Roy Orbison, and others. There's even a rarity for Berry, a rehearsal. Archival footage from the early 1950s and a duet with John Lennon round out this portrait of a master. File info: DVD-rip, Xvid 1.1.2, AC3 5.1 audio, 16:9 ar, 2x700MB .avi
wow! this is what I have beem looking for for a loooong time! Thank you!
Me too buddy, me too... That's why I'm uploading it now ;)
THANK YOU SO MUCH from Sweden
How about sharing it as DVD. The sound is way too low. Remember this is ROCK N ROLL
The sound is unchanged from the DVD, it hasn't been reencoded (it's pure Dolby Digital AC3), so if it's too low for you in this xvid, then it will be too low for you on the DVD as well... Besides, the DVD is 8.5 gigs, and aside from a DTS track and Stereo track there's really nothing else worth spending that many gigs over. If you really like this film I suggest you spring for the real DVD, the 4 disk collectors edition is only 30 bucks on Amazon, and it's worth every penny.
Nice how life works sometimes, I watched Mister Berry on Leno a couple weeks ago and remembered this movie. Then today I was thinking about the song "Nadine" for some reason and the film came to mind again. So as soon as I get home I search here and find the exact file I want.
Is that cool or what?
Thanks man, good job.
